Using ManMitra
ManMitra is a voluntary wellbeing screening and support service operated by Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ManMitra. Your university relationship is self-declared and does not make you eligible for any academic, medical, or welfare benefit.
Not emergency or medical advice
ManMitra is not an emergency service, a clinical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical care. Psychometric-test results are guidance only and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about another person.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental-health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or contact local emergency services.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not share your account or impersonate anyone else. Tell the university through the profile privacy-request flow if account information needs correction.
CCSU may suspend or protect an account where this is necessary to respond to withdrawal, a security issue, misuse, or a legal obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload information about another person without authority, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, or use ManMitra for unlawful or harmful activity.
Do not rely on a result to make employment, academic, disciplinary, insurance, or clinical decisions about another person.
Psychometric tests and optional records
Psychometric tests are voluntary and are available in English, Hindi, and Hinglish. A maximum of four tests may be submitted per academic year. CCSU may change an active assessment version only through a controlled, recorded release.
Biomedical records are optional and require separate consent. You should enter only information from your own report and can withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal prevents new biomedical records from being added.
Privacy and ending use
The Privacy Notice explains how CCSU handles personal information and how to make access, correction, restriction, withdrawal, or erasure requests. You may stop using ManMitra at any time.
CCSU may update these terms by publishing a new version. If a change requires renewed acceptance, access to processing that depends on the terms will pause until you review the new version.
Questions
For questions about these terms, contact the CCSU team through the university support channel published for ManMitra.
