ManMitra Biomedical Data Consent
Version biomedical-consent-v1.0-2026-08-13 · en-IN
Your choice
Adding biomedical records to ManMitra is optional. You can use the rest of ManMitra without giving this consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from Consent settings.
If you agree, you may add results from your own outside-campus laboratory or clinical reports and link each record to a completed psychometric test.
What is processed
ManMitra processes the test type, test date, measurements, optional notes, selected psychometric test, and the time and identity associated with the entry. Please enter only information from your own report.
Why and who can see it
The information gives you and authorised CCSU support staff additional context when discussing wellbeing support. It is not used to diagnose you, replace professional medical care, or make academic or employment decisions.
You can see your own records. Access by authorised staff is restricted, purpose-bound, authenticated, and audited.
Withdrawal and retention
Withdrawing this consent stops new biomedical records from being added. It does not by itself erase records already entered; you can make an erasure or other privacy request from your profile.
Records follow the retention and deletion approach described in the Privacy Notice.
Important support reminder
Do not use ManMitra to seek urgent medical or mental-health help. For urgent mental-health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or contact local emergency services.
